Ces r\u00e9actions sont ressenties par la majorit\u00e9 des patients cardiaques et font partie d&rsquo;un processus d&rsquo;adaptation normal. De nombreux patients \u00a0retrouvent leur \u00e9quilibre \u00e9motionnel au cours de leur r\u00e9tablissement et apprennent \u00e0 vivre avec un probl\u00e8me cardiaque.<\/p>\n<p>Certains patients cardiaques \u00e9prouvent des probl\u00e8mes psychologiques qui, s&rsquo;ils ne sont pas trait\u00e9s, nuisent \u00e0 la gu\u00e9rison et augmentent ainsi le risque de r\u00e9cidive. L&rsquo;apathie, la perte d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat pour des activit\u00e9s auparavant appr\u00e9ci\u00e9es et les id\u00e9es noires sont un frein aux changements de mode de vie. La peur peut \u00e9galement d\u00e9clencher l\u2019arr\u00eat des activit\u00e9s physiques avec des cons\u00e9quences malheureuses sur la sant\u00e9 physique et la qualit\u00e9 de la vie. La d\u00e9pression et l&rsquo;anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 sont les r\u00e9actions les plus fr\u00e9quentes apr\u00e8s un \u00e9v\u00e9nement cardiaque. La d\u00e9pression est trois fois plus fr\u00e9quente chez les patients cardiaques que dans la population g\u00e9n\u00e9rale. Jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 40 % des patients cardiaques souffrent d&rsquo;anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 grave. Au cours de s\u00e9ances collectives et individuelles, vous recevrez des conseils sur la fa\u00e7on de g\u00e9rer le stress par la relaxation et de rediriger vos pens\u00e9es n\u00e9gatives vers des pens\u00e9es plus utiles. Le traitement de l&rsquo;anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 et de la d\u00e9pression fait partie int\u00e9grante de la r\u00e9adaptation cardiaque.
