La plupart des maladies cardiovasculaires sont \u00e9vitables. Un mode de vie sain pourrait pr\u00e9venir plus de 80&nbsp;% des maladies cardiovasculaires.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous d\u00e9cidez d\u2019arr\u00eater de fumer, il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de bien planifier votre d\u00e9marche. Arr\u00eater de fumer est difficile mais ces m\u00e9thodes vous permettront de multiplier vos chances de r\u00e9ussite.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Informez votre famille et vos amis de votre intention d\u2019arr\u00eater de fumer, fixez une date de sevrage et essayez de r\u00e9duire le nombre de cigarettes dans les jours pr\u00e9c\u00e9dant la date de sevrage.<\/li>\n<li>Discutez avec votre m\u00e9decin de l\u2019utilisation de m\u00e9dicaments ou de substituts nicotiniques pour vous aider \u00e0 arr\u00eater de fumer.<\/li>\n<li>Suivre une s\u00e9ance de sevrage tabagique en groupe ou demander l\u2019aide d\u2019un sp\u00e9cialiste en la mati\u00e8re peut \u00e9galement s\u2019av\u00e9rer utile.<\/li>\n<li>Si vous remplacez le tabac par une activit\u00e9 physique plus intense, vous vous sentirez mieux apr\u00e8s quelques semaines et vous ne prendrez pas de poids.<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019envie de fumer dure habituellement 3 \u00e0 5&nbsp;minutes. Si vous parvenez \u00e0 surmonter ces quelques minutes, vous \u00eates sur la bonne voie pour vous passer de cette cigarette.
